The Kite ~ By the East River in Brooklyn, NY

Throw your dreams into space like a kite, and you do not know what it will bring back, a new life, a new friend, a new love, a new country. ~ AnaΓ―s Nin

Twisting, turning, twirling ~ eyes blinded by the sun from looking up to follow its course… I can’t remember the last time I flew a kite. Can you?

      • Yes, I don’t know how I managed to get to this post – I meant to leave this last comment on your other post (and yes, that craft fair looks spectacular) – we fly kites together from time to time and NEED to do it more. Such a great way to pass a little time and so peaceful!

      • you’re good Shira! Maybe some kite flying activity with your next cooking class? Physical activity after eating – always a good thing. The kids would LOVE it!
